How long is the training?
When you practice, do it happily. Make it engaging. Do self things like home-office without mind. Do it in the present tense. Understand and realize. The benefits will come.
Some people stop practicing once they get the results. Because they come to yoga to get small benefits.
Body pain, asthma, breathing problem, lack of sleep, upset stomach, knee pain, unsteady mind, depression, bloated stomach… When the problem is correct, they will not come. Then, when another problem comes up, they come back.
Within a few days of starting yoga, the mind calms down, and the thoughts settle down. Therefore, irritability will decrease, sleep will be better, energy will be available throughout the day, and happiness will increase.
